Course Description This one-hour live webinar provides master's-level clinicians with a foundational overview of conducting adult ADHD evaluations. Participants will explore scope of practice considerations, ethical obligations, current best practices in assessment, and key components of the evaluation process. This session is designed as a starting point for clinicians who want to determine whether pursuing adult ADHD evaluations is the right fit for their practice.

Learning Objectives After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify which master's-level providers are permitted to conduct adult ADHD evaluations based on scope of practice guidelines.

  • Describe core ethical principles relevant to conducting ADHD evaluations, including competency and harm avoidance.

  • Identify credible resources for further training in adult ADHD assessment.
